What is the shipping cost?
  • US Continental Customers: Free Shipping within the continental U.S. via USPS Priority.
  • International Customers: We offer a Flat rate of $20 via USPS First Class Worldwide shipping.
When will my order arrive?

US Continental Customers: We ship via Priority delivery. The USPS Priority shipping, meaning that a package will normally be delivered in 2 days (some regions can take up to 3 days). Priority packages also get special handling in the USPS system.

International Customers: USPS First Class takes 7 to 21 days. Expedited options are available for additional cost during check out.  

All merchandise orders are fulfilled promptly on the next business day of receipt of your order. All orders received after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays. Pete Huntington is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather.

Do you ship to international customers outside of US?

Yes, we offer USPS First Class International for only $20 Flat Rate. This service will normally be delivered in 7 to 21 days.

For expedited or other shipping carriers, pricing will be provided at check-out in your selected currency. Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. The receiving party are responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply in your country. Prices may vary by country. Duty, taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT) are all set by the destination country. These rates are determined by a combination of the merchandise country of origin and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Border free supports. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and original packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to support@petehuntington.com.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

For some reason If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return your regular priced items within 30 days of your purchase. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. Exchanges are accommodated by submitting your returned garment and placing a new order. A refund will be issued to your card within 48 hours of receipt on the returned item. All original tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items sold should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed once received. How do I submit a return? Pete Huntington has a 30-Day Return Policy. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. All items must have original tags attached and must be unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns shipping after the 30-day grace period has expired or if items are not in the same condition as you received them in. What is your policy on damaged items?

All orders are inspected and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service at support@petehuntington.com
